Laser Hair Removal

All of our lasers are FDA approved and are operated by highly trained staff. You may need anywhere between 4 – 8 treatments depending on the area of the body and the color of the hair.

The laser light is attracted to the melanin in dark hair, as it travels down the shaft of the hair follicle it destroys the epithelial layer and the follicle shrinks over the course of 2-3 weeks post treatment.

Quick Facts on Laser Hair Reduction: 
 
 
WHAT: Costs vary per area desired to be treated.  Each area treated needs at least 4-5 treatments to achieve a 70-90% reduction in the area treated.  Laser Hair removal is a permanent hair reduction system in which per treatment the reduction can be any where from 20-40%.  Discomfort Factor: Tolerable, feels like little needles poking your follicles, a topical anesthetic can be provided. 
 
WHERE:  Every area can be treated except for the eyebrows (too close to the eye). 
 
WHEN:  Treatments on the face are to be done every four weeks.  Treatments from the neck down should be done around 6 weeks.
