California Vein Specialists Medical Aesthetics,Inc. and affiliates has offered the public treatments that help them look and feel better for over 12 years. In the beginning, we offered physical therapy to those that had injuries and muscle weakness. By combining a program with our physical therapist and the use of electronic muscle stimulation, light weights, massage therapy, and ultrasound, we were able to decrease pain and increase muscle strength in those patients. 

A few years into the treatments of physical therapy, our Medical Director decided to add a few more treatments based on the needs of those physical therapy patients. We noticed that many of these patients suffered from other symptoms, such as, low self esteem and an alarming amount suffered from obesity. Obesity is one of the reasons that so many of these patients suffered from back and knee pain.

Medical Aesthetics began adding various other programs to their clinic. Programs such as, The Optifast Program® (a strict meal replacement program), medically supervised weight loss medications, skin care and body treatments which is how Medical Aesthetics became a Medi-Spa.
